Psychedelic desert rock

Custom illustration and album cover design for Sheverb, a psychedelic rock band from Austin, Texas, for their debut album, Chapter One, and their follow-up album Bombay Beach. Sheverb requested imagery and look evocative of their desert roots, and the ritualistic creative journeys that aided the formation of their sounds.

Creative direction was led by myself with close collaboration with the band, the illustrations are an interpretation of the photos and stories from the band, and the description of the Austin psych-rock scene. The final album cover and internal panels were evolved into merchandise including bandanas, t-shirts, stickers, and posters.
